post-graduate work at Columbia University, 1895-96; married at Burlington, Vt.,
Oct. 13, 1897, Katharine E. Stone. Began active career as agent of the
Connecticut mutual Life Insurance Co. at New York City, 1897, and has continued
with the company as follows: In New York City until 1901; general agent at New
Eastern Michigan, since April, 1907. Republican. Congregationalist. Member Delta
Upsilon, Meganitic Fish and Game Corporation, Portland, Me. Clubs: University
