It forms the connecting link over which thousands of pleasure seekers on foot, in carriages and automobiles pass on every pleasant day.

Begun May, 1930; dedicated October 6, 1930. Cost $350,000.
A mural of boats on the Great Lakes encircle the grill on the 3rd floor.
