MANKATO, Minn., April 25.-The last case before the United States court was given to the jury during the afternoon, being that of Hal D. Graham vs. The Omaha Railway company. After being out eight hours the jury returned a verdict of $5,000 for Graham. A stay of six weeks was granted.
