THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, to Harriet Whicks of Caledonia, Kent county, Michigan; Cyrenus Starkweather of Sardinia, N. Y.; Samuel Starkweather of Sunrise city, Minn.; and Wallace Starkweather of North Branch, Minn., heirs and next of kin of Belinda Starkweather, late of the town of Hamburg in the county of Kris, deceased.
Whereas, Della Starkweather, legatee named in the last will and testament of the said Belinda Starkweather, deceased, has applied to the surrogate of the said county of Erie for the proof of the said will, which will relates to real and personal estate; you are therefore hereby cited to appear before the said surrogate, at his office in the city of Buffalo, in said county, on the 11th day of December 1876, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon to attend the probate of the said will.
In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of our [L.S.] surrogate's court for the county of Erie to be here unto affixed, this 19th day of October, 1876.
