WOMAN WILLS ALL HER PROPERTY TO FIANCE
(News Tribune Special.)
BAGLEY, Minn., Feb. 4.-A peculiar and interesting will case came before the probate court this afternoon, the instrument presented for probate being written on a piece of letter paper in the Norwegian language, and purported to be the will of one Louise Knutson, disposing of property worth about $4,000 to one Peter Hegre, who had been living with the deceased, and to whom she was engaged to be married. Nothing is left to the brothers and sisters of the deceased.
One of the brothers has entered a contest, and the matter has been taken under advisement by the court for further consideration and argument by the respective counsel.
