On account of the presence of the pastor a special program of exercises was carried out Sunday afternoon by the Sunday school, under the direction of its teacher, T. F. Thomas. There was special music and helpful talks were given by Rev. Eidnes, Mr. Thomas and others. C. G. Stubstad of Grand Marais, was present and assisted in the musical part of the program.

The new church, of which the congregation is justly proud, is found to be none too large for present needs. At the present rate of attendance it may have to be enlarged in the not very distant future.

On the 23rd a social will be held at the church, the proceeds to be applied on the church debt, of which but $200 still remains unpaid.
