Notice is hereby given that Albert D. McGath, of Mineral Center, Minnesota, who, on July 20th, 1915, made Homestead application NO. 012067, for SW , Section 22, Township 64 N. Range 5 East, 4th P. M., has filed notice of intention to make Final three year proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before George Leng, Clerk of the District Court, at Grand Marais, Minnesoat, on the 24th day of July, 1920.

W. A. Milner, Carl Linnell, M. S. Green and Roy Linnell, all of Mineral Center, Minnesota.

Notice is hereby given that George Rupley, of Duluth, Minnesota, as final assignee of Phillip Tracy, on June 23rd, 1920, filed under this office his application to select under Sections 2306 and 2307, Revised Statutes of the United States, the NW of SW of Section 3 and NW of SE of Section 4, Township 63 North, Range 3 East, 4th P. M. containing 80 acres.

Any and all persons claiming adversely the land described, or desiring to object because of the Mineral Character of the land, or for any other reason, to the disposal to applicant, should file their affidavits of protest in this office, on or before August 11, 1920.
