ESTATE OF EUGENE CLARK
STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Cook, IN PROBATE COURT.
In the matter of the Estate of Eugene Clark Decedent.
Letters Testamentary this day having been granted to Peter E. Alm and it appearing by the affidavit of said representative that there are no debts of said decedent;
IT IS ORDERED, That the time within which all creditors of the above named decedent may present claims against his estate in this Court, be, and the same hereby is, limited to three months from and after the date hereof; and that Saturday the 28th day of August 1915, at 10 o'clock A. M., in the Probate Court Rooms at the Court House at Grand Marais, in said County, be, and the same hereby is, fixed and appointed as the time and place for hearing upon and the examination, adjustment and allowance of such claims as shall be presented within the time aforesaid.
Let notice hereof be given by the publication of this order in The Cook County News-Herald as provided by law.

In Probate Court
In the matter of the Estate of Hjalmar E. Eliasen, Decedent,
The State of Minnesota, to all persons interested in the granting of administration of the estate of said decedent. The petition of Helga C. Eliasen having been filed in this court, representing that Hjalmer E. Eliasen, then a resident of the Count of Cook State of Minnesota, died intestate on the third day of May 1915; and praying that letters of administration of said estate be granted to Helga C. Eliasen and the court, having fixed the time and place for hearing said petition; Therefore, You, and Each of You, are hereby cited and required to show cause, if any you have, before this court at the Probate Court Rooms in the Court House, in the Village of Grand Marais in the County of Cook State of Minnesota, on the 24th day of June 1915, at 10 o'clock A. M., why said petition should not be granted,

STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Cook}ss.
PROBATE COURT.
Special Term, 4th April, 1900.
In the Matter of the Estate of John E. Gustafson, Deceased.
Letters of Administration on the estate of John R. Gustafson deceased, late of the County of Cook and State of Minnesota, being granted to C. H. Carhart of said County.
It is Ordered, that six months be and the same is hereby allowed from and after the date of this order, in which all persons having claims or demands against the said deceased are required to file the same in the Probate Court of said County for examination and allowance, or be forever barred.
It is Further Ordered, that the Tenth day of October, 1900, at 10 o'clock A. M. at a Special term of said Probate Court to be held at the Probate Office in the Court House in the Village of Grand Marais in said County, he and the same hereby is appointed as the time and place when and where the said Probate Court will examine and adjust said claims and demands.
And it is Further Ordered that notice of such hearing be given to all creditors and persons interested in said estate by forthwith publishing this order once in each week for three successive weeks in the Cook County herald, a weekly newspaper printed and published in said County,

STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Cook.
IN PROBATE COURT.
In the matter of the Estate of John L. Lundin, Decedent.
The petition of Fred Jackson, one of the executors of the above named John L. Lundin, having been filed in this court, representing, among other things, that for reasons stated in said peitition, it is necessary and for the best interest of the Estate of said John L. Lundin and all parties interested therein, to sell certain property and lands of said estate in said petition described, and praying that license be granted to William Carlson and Fred Jackson as executors of said estate to sell said property and land.
It is Ordered, That said petition be heard b this Court at the Probate Court rooms in the Court ouse in the Village of Grand Marais, County of Cook, State of Minnesota, on the 12th day of June, 1915, at 10 o'clock A. M., and all persons interested in said hearing and in said matter are hereby cited and required at said time and place to show cause, if any there be, why said petition should not be granted.
Ordered further, that this Order be published in the Cook County News-Herald according to law.

ESTATE OF NELS OLESON.
STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Cook, IN PROBATE COURT.
In the matter of the Estate of Nels Oleson Decedent.
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO all persons interested in granting of administration of the estate of said decedent: The petition of Charles A. A. Nelson having been filed in this court, representing that Nels Oleson, then a resident of the County of Cook, State of Minnesota, died intestate on the 25th day of August 1910; and praying that letters of administration of said estate be granted to S. C. Murphy; and the court having fixed the time and place for hearing said petition; THEREFORE, YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, are hereby cited and required to show cause, if any you have, before this court at the Probate Court Rooms in the Court House, in the Village of Grand Marais, in the County of Cook State of Minnesota, on the 10th day of June 1915, at 10 o'clock A. M., why said petition should not be granted.
