CUYUNA, Minn., Aug. 12.-Last evening the city council decided to employ a police force and to require all malt shops to procure a license.
- - 1911 - - NEW WATERWORKS SYSTEM

Cuyuna, Minn.-Cuyuna has voted $10,000 bonds for the erection of a waterworks system, tapping artesian well strata at the 100-foot level. The reservoir will be built on the hill between the town and the big Kennedy mine. The village will also soon be supplied with electric light from the power house at Deerwood.

CUYUNA, Minn., Sept. 2.-The brick work on the new bank building of the First State bank of Cuyuna, has been completed and the carpenters go to work next week. When completed this building will be a handsome structure and an addition to the city of Cuyuna.
