Budensick Vs. Peck.
Source: Zumbrota Independent (Zumbrota, MN) October 17, 1895; submitted by Robin Line
Red Wing Republican. Miss Mathilda Budensick, who sues Mr. Peck, for breach of promise, will, after all, have an opportunity to tell her tale of woe and prove the damages to her lacerated heart when the district court convenes.

It was stated that a settlement between the litigants had been consummated, but it now turns out that they are as far from a settlement out of court as ever. The inquisitive public that loves to pry into the private affairs of people especially if such affairs possess a jest of romance, will have an opportunity to hear the interesting suit.
