ERICK M. OMAN, ADMINISTRATOR OF WEILANDER ESTATE, GOES INSANE.
Judge Clark has received work from the probate court of Isanti county that Erick M. Oman, administrator of the estate of Peter Weilander, who was shot at Battle River last spring, has went insane as a result of brooding over the affairs of his dead relative.

At the time of the shooting of Weilander an effort was made to find relatives of the dead man, and resulted in Oman's being appointed administrator of the estate, he being a cousin of Weilander and the only relative in this country. Oman settled up nearly all the matters relating to the estate before leaving here, and went to Isanti county, from where word was received yesterday that had went insane and had been committed to the state asylum.

This leaves the estate without an administrator but another will be appointed by Judge Clark in the near future.
