Warba, Minn., June 21.-The Warba Commercial club is laying plans for what promises to be the biggest celebration held in this section, when the residents of Blackberry, Goodland, Swan River and Wawina will come to Warba to observe the fourth of July.

The club has prepared a program that promises something doing for every hour of that day; there will be music by the Warba bankd, races, ball games, log rolling contests and a grand ball to end the days festivities.

The committee in charge, L. W. DePuy and C. E. Clinte, are making plans that will assure a good time to everyone attending, and the residents for miles around are getting ready to spend the day at Warba.

Itasca County Town Is to Be Finally Recognized by the Great Northern.
Warba, Minn., Nov. 26.-Warba is to have a new depot. The Great Northern railway company is grading a site about one hundred and fifty feet west of the old station upon which to place the new building. The new structure will be 25x40, of frame, and one story in height.

THe importance of Warba has long demanded a new station. The station, though one of the more important small stations, is only a flag station, the trains stopping only on signal. There is always considerable passenger traffic, and a great deal of freight business. Warba has a large brick yard, a big saw mill and quite a cedar industry, and it is hoped that proper facilities will be provided with the construction of the new depot.
