Efforts of Daughters to Break Their Father's Will Is a Failure.

Atwater, Minn., Sept. 26.-An interesting will contest case which has been pending in Kandiyohi county courts was decided yesterday by Judge Nordin sustaining the will. It involved the estate of the late Rev. P. M. Johnson in the town of Lake Elizabeth, and was contested by his two daughters, Mrs. Emma Anderson of Red Wing and Mrs. Amos Odlerd of Seattle. Rev. Johnson, who was a well known Methodist preacher, died last spring, leaving his estate to his son, C. E. Johnson, with whom he had made his home for many years.
