S. A. Challman, P. C. Tonning and Superintendent Schulz Are to Be Present.
MAHNOMEN, Minn., April 25.-The new Mahnomen school will be formally dedicated next Friday. The exercises will be held in the auditorium. Those from out of town who will take part in the program are Supt. J. H. Hay of the Thief River Falls schools; S. A. Challman, state high school commissioner, and P. C. Tonning of St. Paul, assistant to State Superintendent Schulz. Following is the program for afternoon and evening:
Afternoon, 2:30-Music, Mahnomen orchestra; folk dances, First primary; address, Superintendent J. H. Hay; song, Second primary; music, orchestra; address, A. L. Thompson; solo, Mrs. C. C. Cooper.
Evening. 8-Piano solo, Mrs. H. Wilcox; song, intermediate grades; address, S. A. Challman; song, upper grades; address, P. C. Tonning; duet, Mrs. Cooper and Rev. Mr. Kvaas.
