ORDER LIMITING TIME TO FILE CLAIMS, AND FOR HEARING THEREON.
Estate of Peter Bjorklund.
State of Minnesota, County of Marshall, in Probate court.
In the matter of the Estate of Peter Bjorklund, Decedent.
Letters of administration this day having been granted to Christine C. Bjorklund, of Alvarado, Minn.
It is Ordered, that the time within which all creditors of the above named decedent may present claims against his estate in this court, be and the same hereby is limited to three months from and after the date hereof; and that Monday, the 24th day of December, 1906, at ten o'clock A. M. in the Probate Court Rooms at the City of Warren, in said County, be, and the same hereby is, fixed and appointed as the time and place for hearing upon and the examination, adjustment and allowance of such claims as shall be presented within the time aforesaid.

Let notice hereof be given by the publication of this order in the Warren Sheaf, printed and published at Warren in said County, as provided by law.

Estate of Peter Bjorklund, Deceased.
State of Minnesota, County of Marshall, In Probate Court.
In the Matter of the Estate of Peter Bjorklund, Decedent.
The State of Minnesota to Christine C. Bjorklund, O. Peter Bjorklund, John A. Bjorklund, Carl F. Bjorklund, Anna Wood, Mary C. Johnson, Lillie E. Bjorklund and all persons interested in granting of administration of the estate of said decedent: The petition of Christine C. Bjorklund, having been filed in this court, representing that Peter Bjorklund, then a resident of the County of Marshall, State of Minnesota, died intestate on the 5th day of June 1906; and praying that letters of administration of his estate be granted to Christine C. Bjorklund; and the court having fixed the time and place for hearing said petition.
Therefore, You, and Each of You, are hereby cited and required to show cause, if any you have; before this court at the Probate Court Rooms in the City of Warren, in the County of Marshall, State of Minnesota, on the 22nd day of September 1906, at ten o'clock A. M. why said petition should ot be granted.

PROBATE NOTICE.
State of Minnesota. County of Marshall. Ss.
In Probate Court. Special Term, July 1, 1896.
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SILAS MERRIAM, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of S. Cooke, administrator of the estate of Silas Merriam, deceased, representing among other things, that he has fully administered said estate, and praying that a time and place be fixed for examining, settling and allowing the final account of administration, and for the assignment of the residue of said estate to the parties entitled thereto by law.

It Is Ordered, that said account be examined, and petition heard by this Court, on the 25th day of July, A. D. 1896, at ten o'clock a. m., at the office of the Judge of Probate in said county.

Ordered Further, that notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order once in each week for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Warren Sheaf, a weekly newspaper printed and published at Warren, in said county.
