SUE A SUICIDE'S BONDSMEN.
Suits have been begun by the heirs of the Hartman estate against Henry Justus and William Heck, as bondsmen of Charles Weber, who served as guardian of the minor children previous to his suicide here last spring. It is claimed that he owed his wards something like $3,000 at the time of his death. David Gorman, as guardian of William Hartman, has sued for $1,192; Charles J. Hartman, as guardian of Laura C. Hartman, has sued for $1,217, and John C. Hartman, who is now of age, wants $774. Weber was appointed guardian by the probate court in McLeod county.
