John T. Halstead

IN PROBATE COURT, MEEKER COUNTY and State of Minnesota. Special Term.
In the matter of the last will and testament of John T. Halstead, deceased.
On reading and filing an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John T. Halstead late of said county deceased, and also the accompanying petition of Daniel W. K. Halstead of the county aforesaid, representing among other things that the instrument presented is the last will and testament of said deceased, and praying that a day may be appointed for hearing proofs of said last will and testament, and that said petitioner be appointed administrator of the estate of said deceased, with the will annexed: it is ordered that proofs of said instrument be heard before the Judge of this Court on Monday the 6th day of March, 1865 at one o'clock P. M. at my office in Forest City, in the county aforesaid, and that public notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the St. Cloud DEMOCRAT, a weekly paper printed and published at St. Cloud, in Stearns County and State aforesaid.

Linus Howe

ORDER TO HEAR PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
In Probate Court, Meeker County, Minn.-Special Term.
In the matter of estate of Linus Howe, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Henry S. Howe, representing among other things that Linus Howe, of the town of Manannah, of said county, deceased in August A. D., 1862, died intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within said county, and that he, the said petitioner, is the son of said deceased, and prays that letters of administration of said estate be granted unto him. It is ordered that said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court on MONDAY, THE 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. D. 1865 at 2 o'clock p. m., at his residence in the town of Kinston, in said county. And it is further ordered that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased and to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the St. Cloud DEMOCRAT, a weekly paper printed and published at St. Cloud, in the county of Stearns and State of Minnesota.

Robinson Jones

IN PROBATE COURT.-STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Meeker.
In the matter of the estate of Robinson Jones, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that we, the subscribers, were on the 23rd day of April, A. D. 1683. Appointed and commissioned by the Judge of Probate of said County, commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against said deceased. That six months from and after said day have been allowed and limited for creditors to present their claims to us for examination and allowance and that we will on the 29th day of July, and on the 27th day of August,, 1863, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said days, at the Office of the Judge of Probate in said County, attend to the discharge of our duties as such commissioners.
