Poppler & Prichett of Vergas, Minn., File a Petition.
Fergus Falls, Minn.-Michael Poppler and Harry S. Prichett, the leading merchants of the village of Vergas, formerly known as Altona, this county, filed a petition in bankruptcy in the federal court in this city today placing their assets at $13,061.30 and their liabilities at $12, 539.85. In their individual schedules Mr. Poppler places his assets at $50, all exempt, and gives no liabilities, while Mr. Prichetts assets are placed at $2,885, of which $2,225 is exempt, and his liabilities at $2,128.
