Hinckley, Minn., June 1.-The commencement exercises of the high school were held at the village hall this evening. The hall was crowded. The graduates are: Arthur Anderson, valedictorian; J. M. Brennan, salutatorian; James A. Mullin and Mayme C. Wallick. C. M. Magnussen of St. Cloud delivered an address upon "Our Schools and American Citizenship." E. L. Stephen presented the diplomas. Miss Thomas, the principal, presented the salutatorian and the valedictorian with scholarships for Macalester, St. Olaf's and Carleton colleges. The hall was decorated with the class colors of Yale blue and white and the stage was decked with flowers.

John M. Humphreys, who graduated this year from the College of Agriculture of the University of Wisconsin, is in charge of agricultural instruction in the high school at Hinckley, Minn.
