TWO WILLS FILED FOR PROBATE AT FREEPORT.

Freeport, Ill., Aug. 24-Two wills were filed for probate Tuesday in the office of Arthur V. gage, Stephenson county clerk. In the will of Fred C. Homan, Howard Homan, Shannon, a son who is also appointed executor, is ordered to establish a trust fund of $2,500 for the support and maintenance of a daughter Augusta Homan, Freeport. Following her death, the fund is to be divided equally among the following children: Mrs. Lillian Gruis, Pipestone, Minn., Miss Emma Homan, San Francisco, Cal., Mrs. Alma Engel, Lanark, Ill., and Frances Costing, a grandchild. Mamie Brandt, another daughter is bequeathed $5. The will was made April 23, 1928, and witnessed by Louis Reinhold and Ada Reinhold.
