IN PROBATE COURT, POPE COUNTY, MINNESOTA - Special Term. June 1867.
In the matter of the Estate of Ole Oleson deceased.
On reading the petition of Salver Oleson praying for reasons therein set forth, that he be appointed Administrator of the Estate of said deceased:
It is ordered that MONDAY THE 1st DAY OF JULY, A. D. 1867, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon at the office of the Judge of Probate in the town of Glenwood be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs at law of the said deceased and all other persons interested in said Estate are required to appear at a session of the Probate Court then and there to be holden, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted.
And further ordered that notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing in the St. Cloud JOURNAL a weekly newspaper published at Saint Cloud, in said Stearns County.
