Randall, Seymour, Iowa; Addison C. Randall, Redwood Falls, Minn.; Marcy H. Randall; Helena, Montana Ter.; Rather A. Williams, Fort Plain, N. Y.; Julia M. Jervis, Massillon, Ohio; Mary J. Russell, Chicago, Illinois; Helen M. Randall, Elmira, Chemung county, N. Y., heirs at law and next of kin of Alexander W. Randall, late of the city of Elmira, deceased, send greeting.

You and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our Surrogate of the county of Chemung, at his office in the city of Elmira, on the 17th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, then and there to attend the probate of the last will and testament of Alexander W. Randall, late of the city of Elmira, in the county of Chemung and State of New York, deceased, which relates to both real and personal estate, and for the probate whereof William T. Post, executor, in said will named, of the city of Elmira, in the county of Chemung, has lately applied to our said Surrogate.

In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of office of said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, T. S. Spaulding, Esq., Surrogate of our said county, [L. S.] at the city of Elmira, the 24th day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
