FARIBAULT, Minn., Nov. 11.-The appeal to the courts for better railroad service between Wabasha and Faribault has resulted in an order that judgment be entered within thirty days from and after the filing of the order, directing the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway company to "establish and hereafter maintain and operate each way on and over its entire line of railway extending from Wabasha, in the state of Minnesota, to Faribault in that state, a daily passenger train, except on Sundays, separate and apart from freight trains or freight cars and that a peremptory mandamus be issued of this court so commanding," and for the costs and disbursements of the state."
