Ralph Dowsland

The records of the register of deeds office, show that claimant [Minnie Dowsland] acquired an undivided one-sixth interest in this property under and by virtue of a decree of descent issued by the probate court of Roseau County, Minn., on March 6, 1924. The records further show that title to the property was acquired by claimant's mother, Mary Dowsland, on May 22, 1905, by warranty deed; that upon her death (September 11, 1916) claimant's father, Ralph Dowsland, came in to possession of the property, and that after his demise (September 13, 1917) the claimant was appointed administratrix of his estate.
