- - 1907 - - FOUR MEN FINED FOR ILLEGAL FISHING

Avon, Minn., Feb. 18.-Game Warden True Osgood caught four men fishing illegally. Peter Schlichta was arrested for maintaining a fish house on Two Rivers lake. He was up before Justice Barthelemey at Avon and paid $25 and costs for his sport. Alois Saneser of Avon was arrested for fishing with tip-ups and was up before the same justice. He pleaded guilty and was fined $16 and costs, which he paid. He was fishing on Krugle lake. Mike Vaunler was arrested Thursday for maintaining a fish house on Pine lake and was fined $25 and costs which he paid. A warrant was issued by Justice Donahue this morning for another man on the same charge. He promised to appear before the justice at Avon and failed to do so.
