DEAR SIR: Take Notice - That in pursuance of a commission for that purpose, we shall take the deposition of Carter Beverley Esq., on Tuesday 13th June next, between sunrise and sunset, at the office of Henry Tooley, Esq., in the city of Natchez and State of Mississippi, to be read in evidence in a suit depending in the superior court of chancery for Richmond District, in which you are plaintiff and ourselves and defendants. Should not the siad deposition be taken out on that day, it will be postponed from day to day until the same shall be taken at the above place and hours.
