Jackson, March 6 - The supreme court today affirmed the debarment of Judge J. M. Cashin of Belzoni, former circuit judge in the delta
district.

Victor Montgomery, a bright young attorney
who has been in Gulfport several years is moving to Belzoni. For the past year or two he has been associated with
Judge Geo. S. Dodds in the practice of
law. Mr. Montgomery is quite popular and has lots of friends who regret his decision to move away.
