$10,000 INVOLVED IN LAW SUIT

Aberdeen, March 7.

    In the case of Messrs. Jones & Hopkins Manufacturing Company of Nashville, Tenn., against the Asaw W. Allen Company of Tupelo, Miss., involving property to the amount of $100,000, Judge Niles granted a continuance of the plaintiffs injunction, and appointed W. H. Carlisle, president of the Monroe Bank & Trust Company, trustee, and fixed his hand at $10,000.  The Jones & Hopkins Company will be represented by harry S. Stokes, T. T. McCorley of Nashville, Tenn., and J. A. Sykes of Aberdeen.  C. P. Long will represent H. W. Wamble, M. T. Murphree, Independent Compress & Warehouse Company, and C. P. Long.  W. D. and J. R. Anderson will represent L. R. Gates, O. K. Gary and L. F. Fant, Jr.  Messrs. Blair and Hill will represent R. W. McAllister, Reeves Grocery Company, Kentucky Wagon Company, W. T. Reeves, H. C. McNutt, Bank of Lee County, D. E. Turner, L. G. Boggin, Jr. and Nordan Jones, Jr.

    Messrs. Bogg and Leake will represent L. B. Loden, N. Z. Riley and Messrs. Robbins and Thomas will represent the Peoples Bank and Trust Company of Tupelo.  Some of the best legal talent in the South will clash in this big lawsuit and the case will be watched with much interest throughout this section.
