Frank Albert Mayo
INDIANOLA- Frank Albert Mayo, 73, died Wednesday at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola after an illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Friday at Second Baptist Church in Indianola. The Rev. Doyle Cummings will
officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home of Indianola has charge. Mr. Mayo
was a retired security guard for the Bank of the Southwest in Texas. He had lived in Indianola for the past eight
years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clara ' Brown Mayo; one daughter, Mrs. Frank Owens of Leland; six stepdaughters,
Mrs. Katherine Combland and Mrs. Ruby Larry of Gulfport, Mrs. Annie Mae Mills of Marks, Mrs. Bonnie Jenkins of
Indianola and Mrs. Barbara Mayo and Mrs. Billie Jean Ware of Houston, Tex.; two sons, Albert Mayo of Houston and
Glen Mayo of Wichita, Kan.; four stepsons, J. F. Mordecai of Indianola, Edward Mordecai and Jimmy Brown of Columbia,
S. C., and James Mordecai of Birmingham, Ala; three brothers, Jeff Mayo of Charleston, Miss., H. E. Mayo of Brokenbow,
