Tylertown, Aug. 16
The court here is occupied in trying the damage case against the Great Southern, where W. S. Earl seeks to recover $50,000 damages for the killing of his wife and daughter in November 1914, near Rio. The jury failed to agree.
Carl Dillon, white, convicted at the last term of court for selling whiskey and sentenced to the county farm for ninety days and $200 fine, the sentence being on good behavior, has been convicted again and Judge Holden enforced the first case.
