A Will in Andrew County Broken.
Special To The Republic St. Joseph Mo., Aug. 9.—
In the Andrew County Circuit Court yesterday the will of Samuel Ensworth, a prominent lawyer of St. Joe, who died in 1886 and left $100,000 to endow a medical college and hospital in St. Joe, was set aside. The will which was set aside was made three weeks before his death and Drs. W. L and J. W. Hiddens and S. C. Woodson of this city were made curators. A will made seven weeks prior to his death was affirmed. In it $150,000 is divlded-one-half going to his sisters, Mrs. Woodbridge, Mrs. Work and Misses Sarah and Mary Ensworth, all of Brooklyn. N. Y.
