Thomas and Samuel Burns had their wagon knocked to pieces by a train as they undertook to cross the track at Burn’s crossing, this side of Ortiz Station, the morning of the 22nd inst. The horses were not hurt but Thomas Burns was quite seriously injured and his brother also was badly used. Both are recovering all right, but they made a very narrow escape of both being killed.
