Mrs. J.H. Clifton-of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who has been visiting her daughters, Mesdames Bradfield, Levi Anderson, J.T. Clayton and Miss Emma Clifton, for some time, left this morning for home.-Source: The Roswell Daily Record, Roswell, N.M., Jan. 23, 1904

James A. Morris- and his car of household belongings arrived this morning from Maco, MO. No more Missouri for Mr. and Mrs. Morris. Their friends here are delighted at their return. They will live in El Dorado until Morris can hunt up a piece of Butler county land that pleases him. Mrs. Morris will not arrive here for a few days. Mrs. Moran and Master Gussie, of Jetts Station; Miss Katie Feeny of Paynes Depot, and Miss Septer Quinn, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri spent the first of the week with Miss Lizzie Downey.
