WALLACE WESLEY YOUNG

Wallace Wesley Young 92 of Stoutland died 17 July in Lebanon.

Funeral services were held at the Stoutland Baptist church Thursday 20 (21?) July.

Mrs. Doris Smith was the soloist and was accompanied at the piano by Helen Jennins.

Interment was in the Stoutland cemetery with Colonial Funeral Home Chapel in charge of services.  Escorts were Bill Alexander, Robert Young, Ralph Wilson, Johnny Clark, Johnny Kilmer and Glen Kilmer.

Wallace Young, son of Issac and Loretta young was born 28 January 1869 in Three Rivers, Michigan.  At the age of 13 he moved with his parents to Iowa.

In 1890 he was united in marriage with Amanda Boyer and to this union three sons and one daughter was born.  About 1890 he was converted and baptized uniting with the Bunkard Brethren Church in Panora, Iowa.

He moved with his family in 1907 to the Stoutland community to make their home.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Dora Wilson of Richland, Albert Young of Lebanon, Joseph Young, Richland and Moses (?) Young who resides in Washington, 20(?) grandchildren and 30 (great?) grandchildren.  He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
