All persona are hereby notified, that we intend at the next May Term of the Clinton County Court, to make a final settlement of our administration
of the estate of James Everett, deceased.   Sabina Everett, Administratrix, John F. Galloway, Administrator  Feb. 18, 1844

EXECUTORS NOTICE
ALL persons interested in the estate of James. Sherard, deceased, late of the county of Clinton, are hereby notified that letters testamentary were granted
to the undersigned by the Clinton County Court, dated the first day of January A. D 1844. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them for allowance to the Executors within one year after the date of said Letters, or they may be precluded from any benefit of said estate, and if such claims shall not be exhibited within three years from the date of said Letters, they will be forever barred.
