The information contained in death certificates has changed over the years. We are not trying to include all of the information included on each, but the family linking information and dates. If available, I have tried to list the persons name, maiden name, date and place of birth, date and city of death, spouse, fathers name and place of birth, mothers name and place of birth, and the certificate number.
