John H. Fish, Administrator of said Mahala Fish,

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF
GUARDIAN
Notice is hereby given by the undersigned that on the
13th day of March A.D. 1903, the Probate Court of Harrison County, Missouri
did at a special term held on said date, adjudge Caroline E.
Johnson of said County and State to be of unsound mind and incapable of
managing her affairs; and that said Court did on same day and date aforesaid
appoint Wm T. Haroff the undersigned Guardian of the person and estae of the
said Caroline E. Johnson and that all the business affairs of said
Caroline E. Johnson are in my hands, and the same will be managed, conducted and
controlled by me, subject to the ordeers which have or may be issued by the said
Probate Court.

15th day of April A.D. 1903, the Probate Court of Harrison County, Missouri did
at a special term held on said date, adjudge Lina M. Thysell of said County and
State to be of unsound mind and incapable of managing her affairs; and that said
Court did on same day and date aforesaid appoint C.W. Burgess the undersigned
Guardian of the person and estae of the said Lina M. Thysell and that all the
business affairs of said Lisa M. Thysell are in my hands, and

TODD, EDWARD
VIRDEN, JOHN W. All creditors and others interested in the estate of John
W. Virden, deceased are hereby notified that the undersigned adminstrator
of said estate intends to make a final settlement of his accounts as such
administrator on the first day of the next regular term of the Probate Court of
Harrison County, Missouri to be held in Bethany in said county, beginning on the
third Monday in May, 1903 or as soon thereafter as the same can be heard by the
Court.
In the Probate Court of said County, February
Term, A.D.1903
In the matter of the estate of Edward
Todd, deceased.
Comes now James W. Todd,
administrator of the estate of Edward Todd, deceased, and presents to the Court
his petition, praying for an order for the sale of certain real estate of which
said Edward Todd died siezed, described as follows: The southwest quarter
of Section thirty-three,(33) and the east half of northwest quarter of section
thirty-three, (33), and the southwest fourth of the northwest quarter of section
thirty-three (33) all in township 65 of range, twenty-eight (28) in Harrison
County, Missouri to pay the debts of said estate, which said petition is
accimpanied by the accounts, lists and inventories as required by law, showing
that said estate is indebted and that said debts are unpaid and that there is
not sufficient assets on hands to pay the same.
On
examination therof, it is orderd by the court that all persons interested in the
estate of said deceased be notified that application as aforesaid has been made
and that unless the contrary be shown on or before the first day of the next
term of this Court to be held on the 18th day of May next, an order will be made
for the sale of the real estate in said petition described, or so much thereof
as shall be sufficient for payment of said debts.
And
it is furher ordered that a copy of this order be published in a newspaper
published in said county of Harrison for four weeks prior to the next term
of this Court.

LETTERS
TESTAMENTARY
Notice is hereby given that letters testamentary on the estate of
Maria S.J. Wymore, deceased, were granted to the undersigned by the Probate
Court of Harrison County, Missouri, bearing the date 13th day of July,
1925.
All persons having claims against said estate are required to
exhibit them to the undersigned for allowances within six months after the date
of said letters, or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate, and
if such claims be not exhibited within one year from the date of granting said
letters they shall be forever barred.
