FINAL SETTLEMENT
All creditors and others interested in the estate of S.C. McGeorge deceased are hereby notified that the undersigned adminstrator of said estate intends to make a final settlement of his accounts as such administrator on the first day of the next regular term of the Probate Court of Harrison County, Missouri to be held in Bethany in said county, beginning on the third Monday in May, 1903 or as soon thereafter as the same can be heard by the Court.

MILES, BENJAMIN

ADMINISTRATORS SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Whereas at an adjourned session of the regular February term, 1903 of the Probate Court of Harrison County, Missouri held on April 14, 1903 by its order of record, the aforesaid Probate Court did order the undersigned as administrator of the estate of Benjamin Miles deceased to sell at public sale the following described real estae of which the said Benjamin Miles died seized, to wit:

All of Lot four (4) block nine (9) of West Bethany Missouri and the east one-fourth of lot five (5), block nine (9) of West Bethany, Missouri and lots eight (8) and nine (9) of block eleven (11) of Monson's Addition to Bethany, Missouri.

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that by virtue of said order of sale and the power in me vested as such administrator as aforesaid, I Amos M. Morgan, as administrator of the estate of Benjamin Miles, deceased, will, on

Friday May 22, 1903
between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day, sell the real estate, aforesaid at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, at the south door of the court house in the city of Bethany, Missouri.
