Obit: DIED.--At the residence of Dr. W. R. Snelson, Fayette, Mo., on the 8th inst., Mary K, daughter of John H. and Jenetta W. Rawlings, aged eight years, ten months and one day.
This interesting child has for several months, been gradually sinking into the grave under consumption, but she bore her severe and protracted afflictions with a fortitude and resignation which were the wonder and admiration of all who witnessed them. She evinced no fear of death, but often expressed a desire to die and be at rest.

And flowers to fade at the north wind's breath,
And stars to se'; but all--
Thou hast all seasons for thine own, O death!" D.

Obit: Fayette - Funeral services for Wallace Richey, 82, who died Wednesday at Keller Hospital, will be held a 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Ralph A. Carr Funeral Home, Fayette.  Burial will be in the Fayette City Cemetery.  Visitation at the funeral home will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today.

SINGULAR SUICIDE OP A LOVELY MAIDEN.
Glasgow, Mo., Sept 20.—Agues Rolla, 23 years of age, committed suicide by lying down in shallow water, till drowned. A love affair was the cause.
