Rites Friday for Bertha Scarbrough of Willow Springs (MO)
Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha A. Scarbrough, 47, of Willow Springs will be held at 2 PM Friday at the Burns Funeral Home in Willow Springs with the Rev. Floyd Gentry officiating.
Mrs. Scarbrough died at 5:15 AM yesterday (Aug 23, 1965) in St. Francis Hospital at Mountain View(MO).
Born on Feb. 14, 1918 at Hazel Grove, Ark., Mrs. Scarbrough was the daughter of the late A. B. Mashburn and Louie L. (Justus)Mashburn. Mrs. Scarbrough was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, A. T. "Pete" Scarbrough; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Louise Ramsey, Independence (MO); and Miss Martha Ann Scarbrough of Willow Springs; her mother, Mrs. Louie Mashburn, Williford, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bottom, Elco, IL and Mrs. Louise Garside, Doniphan (MO); and two brothers, Charles Mashburn, Williford, Ark and Bertrum Mashburn, Seymour (MO).
Burial will be in the Willow Springs City Cemetary under direction of the Burns Funeral Home of Willow Springs.
