Wills and Probate Records

I, David Bogar, of the County of Lafayette, in the State of Missouri, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
Item One.  It is my will and desire, and I hereby direct, that all my just debts be paid out of my estate as soon as may be after my death.
Item Two.  I give, bequeath to my wife, Belle Bogar, all the personal property I may own at the time of my death.
Item Three.  I give and bequeath and devise to my said wife, Belle Bogar, all the real estate I may own at the time of my death, for and during the time of her natural life, and, at her death, the same shall fo to my children, Era Vance, Effie Gann, Elmer J. Bogar, Pearl Alkire, Onie Barnett and Otie Bogar, share and share alike.  Should my said wife re-marry after my death, then she shall have no more that dower in my said real estate, and the balance of my said real estate shall go to my said six children above named, share and share alike.
Item Four.  I nominate and appoint my wife, Belle Bogar, and my son, Otis Bogar, as Executrix and Executor hereof, and request that the Probate Court allow them to act as such without bond.
In Witness Whereof, I hereunto sign my name and affix me seal this the  4th  day of February 1927.
