Mrs Ida B. Lindsey , 86, died Wednesday(1974)  at Sikeston Convalescent Center after a extended illness.
She was born July 6, 1888 at Perryville Mo. and had been a long time resident of East Prairie, where she was a member of First Christian Chuch,
On Sept. 28, 1903, she married Herman Lindsay, who preceded her in death Oct. 10, 1949.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Dennis Horton of Flushing, Mich., Mrs. Jackie Norris of Irving, Tex., Mrs. Frank Hale and Mrs, J.T.
Star Carter of East Prairie and Miss Geraldine Lindsey of the home; two sons, Shirley Lindsey of Winfield and Bill Lindsey of Claremore, Okla.
One brother, Charlie Clark of East Prairie; and 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 5 P.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home, where services are scheduled at 2 P.m. Friday.
The Rev. Lee Irwin, pastor of First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
