Talton Cannon--Matthews
Talton Thomas Cannon, 77 , died at 6:?? p.m. Thursday in Missouri Delta
Community Hospital in Sikeston.
He was born April, 8, 1899 in Grand Rivers, Ky; to the late Thomas and Zola
Cannon.
Survivors include: his widow, Laura Cannon; on son, Thomas Talton Cannon of
Sikeston, two daughters, Regina Warren of Sikeston and Madeline Saliba of
Southaven, Miss: one sister, Mamie Dunn of Cowan, Ind: and five grandchildren
and one great grandchild.
Friends may call at O"Guinn Funeral Home in Sikeston, where services are
scheduled at 10 am. Saturday The Rev. Raymond Myrick, pastor of Temple of Faith
General Baptist Church in Sikeston, will officiate. Burial will be in Gardens of
Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.

BACK to New Madrid County Obituaries
Ruth M. Clark, 76, died Jan. 13, 2008; at Golden
Living Center.
Born in Arkansas, daughter of the late Lee and Julia Hensley Hardin, she was a
member of the New Life Assembly Church and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 595 in
New Madrid.
She first married Arnold Patterson who preceded her in death in 1981.
On Dec. 14, 1985 she married C.H. " Dude" Clark who preceded her in death on
Nov. 17, 2007
One son David Patterson, one brother, Dennis Hardin, and one grandson also
preceded her in death.
Survivors include; one son Terrell Patterson of Licking;one daughter Brenda
Montgomery of New Madrid; One brother Sonny Hardin of Indiana; four sisters,
Geneva Smith of Herculum; Patsy Carpenter and Betty Hardin of St. Louis; and
Opal Harrison of Bowling Green Kentucky; and seven grandchildren and ten great
grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid
where services will be held at 2 p.m. Wenesday.
The Rev. Scott Sutton will officiate.Burial will follow in evergreen Cemetery at
New Madrid.
