ROBERT G. TYREE

Thayer, MO--ROBERT G. TYREE, son of the late Garland and Nora Bell Tyree, was born May 28, 1938 in Thayer, MO and died June 23, 1998 in Blue Springs, MO at the age of 60 years and 26 days.

He was united in marriage March 31, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV to Teresa L. Lovell.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa of Blue Springs, MO; three children, Lynne Johnson of Little Rock, AR, Scott Tyree of Chicago, IL, and David Tyree of Everett, Washington; two grandchildren, Haley and Aaron Johnson; and four sisters, Neva Hefner of Independence, MO, Eva Paulson of Thayer, Treva Atkins and Rita Turner, both of Mammoth Spring, AR. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant son, Edward Kirk Tyree.

Mr. Tyree was an Insurance Broker with Robert G. Tyree Agency, Inc. and was employed with the Frisco Railroad and Kansas City Terminal Railway for thirty years. 
He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services for Robert G. Tyree were held Friday, June 26, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, Thayer, MO with Brother Ted Clarke officiating. 
Interment was in the Thayer Cemetery under the direction of the Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
