Old New London Cemetery
Located at the south-west edge of New London; located on the farm of J. Guy
Biggs.
It's the second cemetery in New London. The first was originally at the
northeast edge the town and burials ceased there quite early, about 1830.
The Old New London was used until Barkley Cemetery was given to the town and
community by Matthew Barkley about 1890.
In 1940 many of the stones had disappeared and in 1946, less than half of what
was there in 1940 couldn't be found
