Located southwest of what is today (2008) The Ray County Museum and the Ray County Fairgrounds.

In 1910 the county erected a "County Home" in the southwest part of Richmond, MO on Royle Street. The unique "Y" shape building was a self suffiecient house for the poor.

Many stones are either gone or were never erected, though there is a Memorial Stone in a fenced area. See Map and more informtion.
