SHELBYVILLE, Mo., Oct. 2.—
In a petition filed Tuesday in the office of the Shelby county circuit clerk. William A. Maupin, Shelbina retired business man, is asking divorce from Nora B. Maupin, to whom he was married January 13, 1930. The petition names as cause for divorce action, cruelty and incompatibility on several counts. The case will appear on the docket of the February term of the Shelby county circuit court. The plaintiff is represented by Attorneys Lane B. Henderson and Fred C. Bollow, Shelbina.
