Marceline McMillin, Defendant
Plaintiff states that he was married to the Defendant in the
St. Charles County Missouri about 15 years ago. That he has lived in this
County all his life. That he has treated defendant at all times properly as his
wife. That the defendant has become and is so cross, stubborn, and quarrelsome

rendered and offered plaintiff and his family such indiquities as to render his
and their condition intolerable by cursing, blackguarding, abusing, threatening,

divorced from the bonds of matrimony contracted with defendant and for other
proper relief.

the complaint is not made out of levity or by collusion, fear or restraint
