Letters of Administration

NOTICE is hereby given to all debtors of William Mattox, deceased, that I have taken Letters of Administration on his estate – and to all creditors of said deceased, that they must present their claims, duly authenticated, within one year or they may be deprived of their dividend; and within five years, or they may be forever barred.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the undersigned have obtained Letters of Administration on the estate of Philip Dirting, deceased, bearing date the 14th of March, 1822. All persons having claims against the said deceased are hereby requested to exhibit the same, duly authenticated, to the undersigned, within twelve months from the date of said letters, or they may be precluded from having any benefit of said estate: and if such claims are not exhibited within five years from the date aforesaid, they will be forever barred.

NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVE
That the undersigned has received Letters of Administration on the estate of ABIEL WILSON, deceased, bearing date the twenty seventh day of February 1822. All persons having claims against the said deceased are hereby requested to exhibit the same, duly authenticated, to the undersigned, within twelve months from the date hereof or they may be precluded from having any benefit of said estate; and if such claims are not exhibited within five years from said date, they will be forever barred.   JABEZ WARNER Adm’r.
