Approx. date built: 1863 - consecreated by Rt. Rev. Thos. Atkinson, Bishop of N.C. Sept. 19, 1863. One story brick gable slate roof 8 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 x 2-3/4. Brick cornice. Pilasters to reinforce walls, pointed arches, two story tower, brick and half timber wood louvres. Cornice of tower broken by small pediments. Stone sills. Ruins of stone church adjoining.
